The ballast tamper machine is small, strong vibration force, easy to operate, widely used in railway repair and clear sieve after the track backfill operation. Its working principle is through the motor driven eccentric wheel high-speed rotation, generating high-frequency vibration transmission to the pickaxe, so that the tamping bar into the ballast and through the vibration tamping roadbed, thus improving track stability and geometric accuracy.

Routine Maintenance
1. Ensure that the power cord is not broken and the plug is in good contact to avoid leakage or short circuit.
2. After each operation, wipe the machine body with a dry cloth to remove dust, ballast and oil, and keep the heat dissipation smooth.
3. Check whether the connecting bolts and nuts are loose, especially the eccentric wheel parts.
4. If there is abnormal noise or vibration intensity, stop the machine to check whether the bearing and eccentric device are damaged or loose.
5. Check daily before starting the machine and replace them according to the specified period (usually every 50 hours).
6. Check daily for blockage to prevent engine power from being affected by poor air intake.
7. Ensure the use of clean and unadulterated petrol, and check that the oil pipe connection is tight and free from leakage.
8. Make sure the output voltage is stable and not overloaded to avoid burning the motor.
9. Generator work vibration should not be too large, should check whether the anti-vibration pads, base, etc. loose.
