A: We are a professional manufacturer specializing in railway maintenance equipment. Our factory is located in China and has more than 30 years of experience producing hydraulic tools, tamping machines, and track maintenance equipment for global clients.
Q: What certificates do your products have?
A: Our products are certified by ISO, CE, and CRCC (China Railway Construction Certification). Each product is tested and inspected before delivery to ensure compliance with international railway standards.
Q: Do you support OEM or customization?
A: Yes, we provide OEM and customized services. You can send us your technical drawings or requirements, and our engineering team will design a suitable solution for your project.
Q: What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Usually, our MOQ is 1 set for standard models. For bulk orders or customized designs, please contact us to confirm details.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Normally 7–15 days for standard equipment. For large or customized orders, the delivery time may extend to 20–30 days.
Q: How do you ship the products?
A: We can ship by sea, air, or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on your preference. Our logistics team will recommend the most cost-effective and safe shipping solution.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, and Western Union. For new customers, 30% deposit is required before production and the balance before shipment.
Q: Do you provide training or technical support?
A: Yes. We provide operation manuals, online guidance, and video tutorials. For large equipment, we can arrange engineers to provide on-site technical support if needed.
Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: Every product goes through strict inspection, functional testing, and load tests before shipment. We also keep testing reports and videos for customers to review before delivery.
Q: Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
A: Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our factory anytime. We can also arrange an online factory tour via video call if you can't come in person.
