The 2025 China-Vietnam High-Speed Rail Construction and Signaling Training Program officially began on October 21 at Liuzhou Railway Vocational & Technical College in Guangxi, China. A total of 106 Vietnamese railway professionals are participating in over two months of hands-on technical training.

Vietnam urgently needs skilled personnel proficient in construction and rail signaling. Vietnam Railway Academy and Liuzhou Railway Vocational & Technical College signed a cooperation agreement to cultivate technical experts for China-Vietnam railway collaboration.

Wang Hanqiang, Party Secretary of Liuzhou Railway Vocational & Technical College, highlighted that the training focuses on high-speed rail communication signaling maintenance and engineering surveying. Through a "project-based learning + on-site practical exercises" approach, trainees can transform theoretical knowledge into practical capabilities.

Vietnam Railway Academy President Zhang Chongwang emphasized preparing human resources in advance. Trainee representative Qu Chengdie said learning advanced railway technology in China is a valuable opportunity.

For practical training, participants also have the opportunity to work with our Rail Grinding Machine, ensuring hands-on experience in modern rail maintenance. Other equipment includes Rail Tamping Machine, Rail Wrench, Rail Cutting Machine, and Rail Drilling Machine, widely used in high-speed and conventional rail projects.
