Battery Charging of Rail Grinder
Steps to recharge a fully drained battery:
- Connect the AC terminal of the provided charger to a 220V power source.
- Plug the DC end into the battery output socket.
- Turn on the charger; red indicator lights up, indicating charging. After ~5 hours, green indicator lights up, showing full charge. Turn off and disconnect.
Shutdown Operation of Rail Grinding Machine
(1) Press the retract button to raise the grinding wheel to near the upper travel limit.
(2) Rotate the speed adjustment knob to stop the wheel and turn off the start-stop switch.
(3) Cut power to the control system and battery box.
(4) Adjust the hand wheel to set the girder in the neutral vertical position.
(5) Press the anti-drop hook to disconnect the counterweight link. Optionally separate the counterweight block first.
(6) Move the main machine away from the rail. Note: Ensure power is off; prolonged standby power can reduce component lifespan.
