Storage of Equipment
1. After each work shift, the dust on the surface of the rail profile weld grinder should be cleaned, and it should be checked whether all the fasteners of the equipment are reliably connected and there should be no loosening. When manually operating each rotating or sliding component, it should run smoothly without any jamming.
2. Check the wear condition of the grinding wheel in a timely manner. When the grinding wheel moves downward to the stroke limit position during operation and cannot contact the surface of the reference rail, it should be replaced in time.
3. When the engine is operating normally but there is an abnormal power transmission capacity of the equipment, the tension state and wear condition of the V-belt or synchronous toothed belt should be checked in a timely manner.
