Usage Method Of The Electric Rail Drilling Machine
1. Inspect the equipment cables, plugs, and motor for damage.

4. Prepare the appropriate drill bit.
5. Place the drilling machine on the target rail.

8. Secure the guide mechanism to ensure the drilling direction is perpendicular to the rail surface.

10. Slowly advance the drill bit; once it begins cutting into the rail, apply appropriate pressure.
11. Maintain appropriate feed force; never force the drill bit.
12. Use coolant or lubricating oil to cool the drill bit.
13. After drilling is complete, slowly retract the drill bit.
14. Turn off the power, release the clamp, and remove the electric rail drilling machine.
