Adopting a 72V intelligent lithium battery system, it supports dual modes of electronic feed and mechanical feed, with adjustable electronic feed accuracy (0.1mm/gear), suitable for primary polishing and precision polishing scenarios. Equipped with real-time power digital display function, it can intuitively monitor the battery status. ‌

The total weight of the machine is only 70kg, supporting operation in environments ranging from minus 30 ℃ to 45 ℃, and equipped with waterproof design. The maximum tilt range of the grinding wheel is up to 90 °, which is suitable for different angle grinding needs, especially for fine processing of rail welding joints. ‌

A single charge can complete 8-10 weld seam polishing (about 8 for aluminum thermal welding and about 10 for laser welding), with outstanding battery life. Pre set warning values for feed depth to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by excessive polishing. ‌

Powered by lithium batteries, it eliminates dependence on external power sources and is suitable for on-site operations in scenarios without power supply. The operation interface is simple, and a single person can complete the polishing tasks of complex parts such as turnouts and switch rails.
