Cooling System Usage

(1) Fill the water pressure tank with approximately 5L of cutting fluid according to the scale.

(2) Connect the water pipe to the machine, pressurize the water supply, open the outlet valve, and start drilling. Cutting fluid will flow through the drill bit, ensuring smooth operation and cooling.

Maintenance and Upkeep

(1) Wipe the machine clean after drilling to prevent debris accumulation.

(2) Check for water leaks at the spindle regularly and replace seals if necessary.

(3) Replace worn drill bits; do not reuse them.

(4) Remove the battery before adjusting or repairing the machine.

(5) If unused for long periods, store drill bit in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive area.
