The NZG-31II petrol rail drilling machine is powered by a small gasoline engine. After being decelerated by a dedicated reducer, it drives the drill pipe to rotate.

The feed is achieved by driving the gear and rack with a handle, and the worm gear and worm mechanism is used for clamping. A drill pipe bracket is provided to ensure the accuracy of the drilling direction and extend the service life of the drill bit.

Maintenance And Upkeep

1. The worm gear and worm pair in the clamping mechanism should be lubricated with grease in a timely manner, and the bearings in the drill pipe bracket should be lubricated with oil once per shift to ensure they are in a good lubrication state.

2. Check the fit status of the dovetail groove slide between the feed support box and the feed connection frame to prevent damage to the drill bit during operation.

3. Check whether the pressurizing piston of the water injector is pressurized sufficiently. Check whether there is any leakage at each pipeline and joint after pressurization.

4. Check whether the sliding part of the drill pipe slides smoothly and add lubricating oil if necessary. After the operation is completed, wipe the remaining water stains on the sliding parts clean, and apply anti-rust oil to the sliding sleeve, water valve body and spring surface.

5. After starting the gasoline engine, observe that there should be no radial vibration when the drill bit rotates.

Code of Safe Use

1. Wear protective equipment such as goggles and gloves when operating;

2. Before drilling, check whether the machine is normal, whether the drill bit is clamped, and clean up the core block and chips left in the drill bit during the last drilling;

3. Replacement of the drill bit should be carried out under the state of stopping the machine;

4. Always check whether the top wire fixing the drill bit is tight;

5. Do not touch the exhaust pipe and cylinder part of the petrol engine to avoid burns;

6. Inspect the machine regularly and check that each connecting bolt is tight;

7. When refuelling the machine, it must be stopped and allowed to cool down, and must be kept away from sources of ignition, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
