Can the NZG-31II drill through hardened rail steel?

Yes - with our tungsten-carbide hollow drill bits (sold separately), it can drill Grade 350+ rail steel without overheating. Standard HSS bits are for mild steel rails.

What's the average fuel consumption per hour?

Approximately 0.8L/hour under continuous operation. A 1L tank lasts ~75 minutes. Use unleaded 92+ octane fuel.

How do I maintain the machine after use?

1) Clean rail dust from guide rails. 2) Lubricate worm gear. 3) Drain fuel if storing >30 days. 4) Apply anti-rust spray on exposed metal. Full steps in manual.
