The DQ-5 lithium electric railway cutter is equipped with 72V high-capacity lithium battery, with integrated design, the host is light and portable, the battery can be removed for easy replacement and charging, the whole machine is easy to operate, safe and reliable. Adopting constant speed control technology, even in high load cutting can maintain a stable speed, 60kg/m rail cutting time is less than 100 seconds, the kerf is smooth.

The electric railway cutter supports working in the harsh environment of -40℃ to 45℃, meets the demand of complex working conditions such as high cold, plateau and closed space, and is the ideal environmentally friendly, efficient and intelligent solution for track maintenance, emergency repair and daily maintenance.

1. Check the battery power and equipment integrity.

2. Install the saw blade.

3. Load the battery, switch on the main unit and check whether the LCD display is normal.

4. Fix the main unit using the quick rail clamping mechanism.

5. Calibrate the perpendicular/parallel position of the saw blade to the rail to avoid oblique cutting or jamming.

6. Press the start switch, the motor runs at constant speed.

7. Feed the blade slowly and keep proper pressure.

8. Finish cutting 60kg/m rail in about 60~90 seconds.

9. After cutting, lift the main machine to disengage from the rail.

10. Switch off the power, remove the battery and check the wear of the saw blade.

1. Check the temperature rise of the motor and the running status of the bearings every 3 months.

2. Check the tightening of screws of the whole electric railway cutter machine after every 500 cuts.

3. It should be charged to 50~70% before storage to avoid deep battery discharge.

4. The battery should be recharged every 3 months when it is not used for a long time.
