Battery Powered Torque Wrench

The LB-2500 lithium battery powered torque wrench is mainly used in railway construction or maintenance operations to tighten or loosen the nuts on the fastening bolts of rail fasteners and the fixing bolts of clamps.

The battery powered torque wrench adopts the principle of energy superposition and uses the method of multiple repeated impacts of instantaneous peak torque to complete the tightening or loosening of nuts.

This machine has a compact structure, is lightweight and portable. The battery powered torque wrench can complete the tightening and loosening of nuts on connecting bolts arranged in different directions such as vertical, horizontal and inclined. Especially for nuts that are difficult to loosen due to rust and other reasons, using this wrench for operation has its unique effect.

1. After each shift, the battery should be removed from the equipment, fully charged and stored separately.

2. Batteries should be stored in a clean, dry and shaded environment. The storage environment temperature range is preferably 0℃ to 27℃.

3. When the battery has been stored for more than 30 days, it is advisable to store it in a 30% to 50% charged state, and it should be recharged every six months. To avoid low battery power due to self-discharge.

4. Batteries that have been stored for a long time must be charged before use.

Railway line maintenance: The battery powered torque wrench can quickly tighten and loosen the bolts of rail fasteners and clamping plates to enhance maintenance efficiency.

1. Lithium batteries must not be exposed to fire or overheated environments. Exposure of lithium batteries to temperatures above 130℃ may pose an explosion risk.

2. Lithium batteries must not come into contact with or be exposed to corrosive or conductive fluids (such as seawater, certain industrial chemicals and bleach, etc.). Avoid causing battery corrosion, short circuit and damage.
